1. Who we are

HRLens is an HR & Operations platform operated by Kredo Technologies. This policy explains how we handle personal data and cookies when you visit our website or use our application. For questions, contact us at info@kredo.in.

2. What data we collect

When you visit the HRLens website:

Contact form & trial requests: name, company name, email address, phone number, and team size — only when you submit a form voluntarily.
Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
Session data: a temporary session identifier stored in a browser cookie for the duration of your visit.

We do not collect payment card data directly. Payments are processed securely by Kredo Hub (which uses Razorpay as its underlying payment processor) under their own privacy policies.

3. Cookies we use

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. Here is a full list of cookies HRLens sets:

We currently use no analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar). If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent re-requested.

4. How we use your data

To respond to enquiries and trial requests submitted through our forms
To set up and manage your HRLens account
To send transactional emails (account setup, password reset, payment receipts)
To maintain the security of our platform

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

5. Legal basis (DPDPA 2023)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we process your data on the following bases:

Consent: for optional cookies (Calendly) and marketing communications
Legitimate interest: for security logging and fraud prevention
Contract performance: for account setup and service delivery when you become a customer

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions: 2 years
Trial requests: until account is created or 1 year from submission
Active account data: for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days
Server logs: 30 days

7. Your rights

Under the DPDPA 2023, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Withdraw consent (for optional cookies and marketing)
Request deletion of your data
